cly888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member Account at its sole discretion, including where there is suspected breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or illegal activity, or where cly888 is required to do so by law or regulatory obligation.
Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, any withdrawal requests submitted prior to suspension will be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded. Where the investigation results in account closure due to a breach of these Terms, cly888 may forfeit some or all funds in the Account depending on the nature and severity of the breach.
Members wishing to voluntarily close their cly888 Account may do so by contacting Live Chat support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Member's verified payment method after standard AML checks are completed.
